Swiss Chard, Caramelized Onion, & Bacon Sauté



12 oz Valicenti Multigrain Swiss Chard with Caciotta Ravioli
8 slices of bacon
3 tbsp butter
1 onion, finely sliced
6-8 0z swiss chard, chopped
1/3 c sundried tomatoes
Toasted almonds to garnish


Fry bacon over medium heat until crispy, then blot and set aside.

Then, melt butter over medium-low until golden brown, then add onions and cook until tender and caramelized. Then, add sundried tomatoes, chard, and crumble in bacon. Cook over medium until chard is just wilted.

Top on cooked ravioli, then garnish with toasted almonds.
