For veggies lovers! This lasagna is made with our Golden Gravy, fresh spinach pasta layered with roasted delicata squash, cauliflower, grana padano cheese, grape tomatoes, kale, broccoli, garlic, fresh herbs and topped with fresh mozzarella cheese.

Classic Lasagna Bolognese

For meat lovers! A classic lasagna made with a bolognese sauce, fresh pasta layered with beef, pancetta, grana padano cheese, onion, carrot, celery, tomato, and topped off with fresh mozzarella cheese.

Make sure to grab an extra jar or our signature Red Gravy to top off this lasagna (it will be 10x more delicious, trust us).

Lasagna Cooking Instructions

Before you get started, choose from one of the two cooking options below and following the cooking instructions.

Option 1: COOK FROZEN

275° for 2 HOURS then 350° for 1 HOUR

Option 2: COOK FROM THAWED*

400° for 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES

*Product may be thawed in the refrigerator for no more than 48hrs prior to cooking. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking Instructions

REMOVE PAPER BEFORE PLACING IN OVEN

1. Preheat oven based on Option 1 or Option 2

2. Remove lid, fold in half slightly to make tent and put back on top of lasagna pan

3. Place pan on baking sheet on center rack

4. Remove lid last 5 minutes

5. Remove and let stand 20 minutes to complete cooking


ENSURE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°. OVENS VARY, COOKING TIME MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED.
