LASAGNA COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Option 1
COOK FROZEN
275 for 2 HOURS then 350 for 1 HOUR
Ensure internal temperature of 160 before serving.
Ovens vary, cooking time may need to be adjusted.
Option 2
COOK FROM THAWED*
400 for 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES
We are sold out of Lasagna
Ensure internal temperature of 160 before serving.
Ovens vary, cooking time may need to be adjusted.
*Product may be thawed in the refrigerator for no more than 48hrs prior to cooking. Do not refreeze after thawing.
REMOVE PAPER BEFORE PLACING IN OVEN

Preheat oven based on Option 1 or Option 2 (above)

Remove lid, fold in half slightly to make tent and put back on top of lasagna pan

Place pan on baking sheet on center rack

Remove lid last 5 minutes, to brown the cheese

Remove and let stand 20 to 30 minutes to complete cooking and firm up.
MANICOTTI COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Option 1
COOK FROZEN
400 Degrees for 1 HOUR

COOK FROM THAWED* (recommended)
400 degrees for 30 MINUTES
Ensure internal temperature of 160 before serving.
Ovens vary, cooking time may need to be adjusted.
