Garlic & Olive Oil with Crushed Red Pepper
12 oz Valicenti Roasted Eggplant, Tomato, Basil, & Mozzarella Ravioli
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Red pepper flakes to taste
Grated parmigiano reggiano
Toasted bread crumbs (optional)
Heat olive oil over medium-low heat in a sauté pan. Then add garlic and cook until aromatic, then remove from heat.
Cook ravioli as the package instructs, then toss with garlic and olive oil. Serve on a plate and top with red pepper flakes, parmigiano, and a sprinkle of bread crumbs to finish.
