Garbanzo Sauté with Leafy Greens



12 oz package of Valicenti Porchetta with Chili & Fennel
8-12 oz of your favorite leafy green (whether it’s kale, spinach, chard, etc.) rinsed
1/2 c white wine (we used a dry Reisling)
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c garbanzos, rinsed
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pinch red pepper flakes
Grated Parmesan cheese to garnish


Place pan with olive oil with garlic until aromatic. Then, add garbanzos with wine, salt, and pepper, stirring occasionally until wine is reduced. Then, add greens and red pepper flakes and sauté in until greens begin to render.

Boil ravioli as package instructs, and plate in group. Top ravioli with sauté, then garnish with parmesan and serve.

Serves 3.
