Simple Lemon Butter

Simple Lemon



4 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup white wine
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt, to taste


Reduce wine and lemon juice together over medium heat with garlic until reduced to 1/4 it’s original volume. Let simmer and whisk in butter until fully incorporated. Serve with ravioli and garnish with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese!

This is a highly versatile recipe, and it also pairs nicely with Artichoke & Boursin, Traditional Spinach, Farm Herb Pesto with Garlic Confit, Brandied Lobster, and many more of our fresh pastas and ravioli varieties!)
