Rigatoni alla Vodka

Ingredients
12 oz Valicenti blonde rigatoni
1 c Valicenti Pizza Sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c vodka
Red pepper flakes, salt, & pepper to taste
Shaved parmesan to garnish
Method
In a saucepan, sauté garlic and onions with two tbsp butter and olive oil over medium heat until tender. Then, pour in vodka, and reduce to 1/4 of the original volume. Then, add pizza sauce and stir until well-incorporated. Then, bring mixture to low, and stir in cream until mixed in well. Bring the burner to the lowest setting and stir in the last of the butter.
Boil pasta as instructed and mix into the sauce.
Top with grated cheese and serve.
