FEATURING:  Brown Butter & Sage Roasted Sweet Potato Ravioli

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups Kale

1 Cup Basil

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Walnuts, chopped

1 tbls butter

5 Garlic cloves, chopped

Pinch of sea salt

Parmigiano Regiano

STEPS:

  1. Add salt, kale, and basil leaves to food processor and blend until finely chopped
  2. Add butter and walnuts to pan and cook on medium heat for 5 - 7 minutes or until brown
  3. Add chopped garlic cloves, olive oil, and walnuts to food processor and blend
  4. Optional:  Add grated Parmigiano Regiano
