Kale Roasted Walnut Pesto

Ingredients
2 Cups Kale
1 Cup Basil
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Walnuts, chopped
1 tbls butter
5 Garlic cloves, chopped
Pinch of sea salt
Parmigiano Regiano
Method
Add salt, kale, and basil leaves to food processor and blend until finely chopped
Add butter and walnuts to pan and cook on medium heat for 5 - 7 minutes or until brown
Add chopped garlic cloves, olive oil, and walnuts to food processor and blend

Optional: Add grated Parmigiano Regiano
