Arugula & Brie Burgers

Ingredients

4 tbsp Valicenti Arugula & Pistachio Pesto
1 lb fresh ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Fresh arugula, rinsed and pat dry
1/2 lb wedge of brie
1 tomato, sliced
4 hamburger buns

Method

Start your grill at high heat, and as it preheats, thoroughly combine beef, dijon, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Form into four equally-sized patties and place an indentation in the center. (This will help them cook evenly)

Grill patties on each side for 2-3 minutes. (Optional, but definitely recommended: once patties are done, grill buns for a minute or so, until lightly toasted)

Arrange arugula, then top with tomato and spread brie. Place patty, and spread one tablespoon Arugula & Pistachio Pesto per burger.

Serve with a side of your favorite coleslaw, or even fries!

Makes 4 patties.
