Asparagus & Brie Ravioli

A perfect representation of farm-to-table simplicity, sweet and earthy local asparagus sautéed in whole butter with shallots and a hint of lemon combined with buttery local Brie cheese wrapped in a spinach pasta dough.

Pair with a delicate white wine reduction or lemon butter for a wonderful flavor combination to ring in the warm weather.

An austere and pure embodiment of spring! Fresh sweet peas gently steamed and blended with California estate first-pressed extra virgin olive oil with a hint of sea salt and white pepper in a blonde pasta dough. (Dairy Free)

Starting June 1, we will be hosting a photo contest on social media, whether you follow us through Facebook or Instagram. You can use our fresh pastas, ravioli, or sauces in any dish you create, photograph, and share, and our ten finalists will be but to a vote on social media. Good luck!
